　　The statement raises an  issue concerning whether the status of traditional class-teaching courses is  vibrated by the emergence of distance-learning courses. Two antithetical  viewpoints can be identified, one holding that students have easier access to  the classes thanks to  the distance-learning courses, the other arguing that the traditional  class-teaching courses still have their indispensable functions. Personally  speaking, I agree with the former, in that with the unceasing development of  Internet and technology, the distance-learning courses are more convenient,  cheaper and can provide more  choices for students.

　　First of all, taking  distance-learning courses enable students to study in a more convenient way,  and save more money than taking traditional class-teaching courses. It is not  far to seek that nowadays Wi-Fi is everywhere, if you want to take a course  online, all you need is just a laptop or a cell phone that can connect to the  Internet. Taking my own experience for example, I would like to take my TOEFL  classes in a coffee house during the day, because I like the quiet ambience and  joyful coffee odor there, besides the delicate coffee and snacks. I can freely  connect to the Wi-Fi provided by the cafe and use my MacBook to attend the  class online, which is rather pleasant.
