　　从左到右的原则要求我们在阅读的过程中眼睛阅读到哪里，嘴巴就翻译到哪里，大脑也就理解到哪里，这样就能避免回读，提升阅读速度。

　　如果我们要做到从左到右同步理解句意，那么就要求我们在阅读过程中能够即时将句子划分为更小结构的意群，降低理解难度。

　　当我们理解各个意群的意思之后，我们需要利用一些中文衔接词将意群之间的关系表达出来，精确理解句意。以上就是这三个原则的各自作用与内在关系。

　　因此，落实到具体操作层面，我们需要熟悉把握两点：了解意群类型与熟悉中文衔接。
