PTE阅读基础长难句解析1

　　阅读部分为PTE考试的第二模块，时长32-41分钟，总计3大题型，共15~20道小题，各题型不单独计时，考生需要合理分配时间。阅读长难句是PTE阅读中的难点。同学们无法准确理解长难句，就会影响大家对整篇文章的理解，进而导致丢分。

　　识别句子主干：

　　The trees grow only in South America.

　　句子成分分析：

　　from which 引导了定语从句，修饰trees。from which = where。使用from的原因是由于短语be derived from，将介词提前

　　重点知识点：介词+关系代词 = 关系副词 属于介词前置的定语从句句型

　　关系代词有：that，who，whom，whoes，which

　　此时的关系代词只能是which(指物)/whom(指人)。

　　关系副词有when，where，why

　　时间的先行词 + 表时间的介词(如in, at, during...) + which = when；

　　地点的先行词 + 表地点的介词(如in, at, under...) + which = where；

　　原因的先行词 + 表原因的介词(如for) + which = why。

　　注：当从句不缺少成分，既做状语，要使用关系副词

　　3. 注意介词的选取方法：一先，二动，三意义

　　一先是指：考虑 谓语动词与先行词的搭配

　　二动是指：考虑谓语动词的固定搭配，但要注意不是所有的搭配都可拆分，平时要注意积累。

　　三意义是指：根据定语从句的意义来选取先行词
