UKiset语法考点：instead和instead of用法区别

　　他不用筷子而是用刀吃饭。

　　We decided to keep our old car instead of selling it.

　　instead和instead of有什么区别？

　　1，instead是副词，放在句子开头或结尾；

　　instead of是介词短语，后面跟名词，代词或动名词。

　　2，instead关联部分是用来替代的选择；

　　instead of关联部分是被替代的选择。
