AEIS英语同义词辨析（二）

　　我们在日常备考AEIS阅读写作中经常会遇到一些感到模棱两可的词，比如safety/security，job/position/post，cooperate/collaborate，reign/rein 等。要区分这些词，大家在平时就要多查词典多积累。

　　同义词辨析

　　assessv./accessn.

　　这两个词词形与发音很相近，容易搞混。assess是动词，意为“评估，估价”；access是名词，意为“通路，能接近或使用”，后常跟介词to。

　　例：The value ofthe property has beenassessedat $70,000.

　　这处房产的估价为7万美元。

　　They sent someone toassessthe value of the factory.

　　他们派人去评估那家工厂的价值。
