AEIS常考词汇辨析：Also , Either , Too , As well的用法及区别

　　在AEIS英单词书中有几个词都可以表示“也”，它们是also , either , too , as well，先来大致看一下它们的用法：

　　1.also用于肯定句：

　　Eg：You study English and I also study it.

　　你学英语，我也学。

　　2.either用于否定句，并放在句尾：

　　Eg:You don't study English and I don't study it either.

　　你不学英语，我也不学。

　　3.too和as well 用于肯定句，放在句尾，多用于口语:

　　Eg:You are a student and I am a student, too.

　　You know the way and I know it as well.

　　1.also 比 too 和 as well 正式,一般也不用于否定句：

　　2.also 有时用于句首(其后通常有逗号),相当于连词 and：

　　Eg：Also, his mother was dead.

　　再说,他母亲又过世了.

　　3.我们经常把also 前置，来强调后面的观点：

　　Eg：It’s very humid. Also, you can easily get sunburn.

　　非常潮湿。 此外，你很容易被晒伤。

　　4.Also 还通常被放在主语和主要动词之间，或者情态动词，be 动词之后：

　　Eg：She works very hard but she also goes to the gym every week.

　　她的工作非常努力，而且她每周都去健身房。

　　As well的用法

　　经常用语口头表达，比also口语话。As well 通常出现在句子后面的位置：

　　Eg：1.China is a socialist country, and a developing country as well.

　　中国是一个社会主义国家，也是一个发展 中国家。

　　2.I am going to London and my sister is going as well.

　　我要到伦敦去，我妹妹也要去。

　　3.I not only play the guitar，I sing as well.

　　我不但弹吉他，而且还演唱。

　　Too的用法

　　1.too通常放在句末：

　　Eg：She looks really tired and she must be really hungry too.

　　她看起来很累，她也一定很饿。

　　2.too 有时候还可以直接加到主语后面，强调主语：

　　Eg： I, too, know where he lives.

　　我也知道他住在什么地方.

　　Either的用法

　　either(也)通常只用于否定句,且要放在句末：

　　Eg：1.I don’t know, either.

　　我也不知道.

　　2.He hasn’t finished it, either.

　　他也还没有做完.
