雅思考试口语中不能忽略的小词

　　其实英语高手应该是使用简单词但是表达出了不同以往的意思，如big 用来表示具象物品的大，那就很一般，但是用来表示抽象物品，那就很厉害了。

　　a big night 那晚很盛大

　　I don't go to parties, usually, at all. But it's a big night,  and there were lots of parties. So, I went to not one, but two parties. 我一般是从来不会去参加派对的。但那晚很盛大，有很多派对。我就去了不止一个，而是两个。

　　goes to 8 到8点结束

　　It's a three-hour show, goes to 8. 是个三小时的节目，到8点结束。

　　huge person 大人物

　　There's some huge person hosting and doing sketches with you.  有很多大人物主持，跟你一起模仿。

　　big decision 重要的决定

　　I need more time to sleep on it. It's a big decision and I want to make the right one. 我需要更多的时间再考虑一下。这是个重大的决定，我想做出正确的决定。

　　size 大量；大规模

　　He knows the size of the task. 他知道任务很重。

　　We were shocked at the size of his debts. 他欠债之多让我们震惊。
