　　第一步：找到自然地读意群的方法

　　练习方法：请用一口气读出下面意群或者句子。

　　第二步：理解句子的重音

　　Most countries are affected by labour migration.

　　第三步：训练自己在40秒内迅速找出句子意群断句

　　练习方法：给自己30-40秒时间，读懂句子，分析句子结构，注意不要停留在生词难词预读。
