　　A youngster went to visit an old wise man.

　　He asked the wise man, "How can I become a person who can make myself and others happy?"

　　一位少年去拜访一位年长的智者。

　　The wise man nodded slightly and went on, " The second is to regard others as you."

　　智者微微点头，接着说：“第二句话，把别人当成自己。”

　　The youngster thought for a while and said," In this way you may truly sympathize with others' misfortune, understand the others' requirements and give them proper help when they need."

　　少年沉思一会儿，说：“这样就可以真正同情别人的不幸，理解别人的需求，在别人需要时给予恰当的帮助。”
