如何抓住重点，避免在雅思听力中严肃的走神

　　就算雅思考场中有多么严肃，可是还会有不少小伙伴在雅思听力中走神，导致连续错过两三道题，或者不知道接下来的录音说到第几题了，当然这其实并不是走神，而是听的过程中抓不到重点。今天课窝网就和大家分享如何抓住重点。

　　一、【what】什么是Tracking？

　　The IELTS Listening strategy today is calledTracking跟踪/追踪. Tracking is something you do while you listen to the recording, and itrequires great focus and attention.就是全神贯注跟住录音Basically, your goal is to keep track of where the speaker is in the passage录音中说话者讲到哪了, and which question you should be answering in the Question Booklet at the same time.相应地，你该回答答题卡上的第几题

　　二、【why】为什么Tracking如此重要呢？

　　不只是出题点要听，对话背景也要注意听，它会帮你提高准确率Tracking works because IELTS Listening questions alwaysprovide contextual clues（提供语境相关的线索）to help you know where you should be in the passage. Importantly, IELTS Listening questions alsocome in order（按顺序播放）. In other words, the speaker(s) will provide the answer to question 1 before you will hear the answer to question 2, and so on. Therefore, imagine you are filling in a set of notes based on a professor’s lecture（想象自己在听教授的讲座，不断记笔记的过程） for Section 4 of the Listening exam. In your Question Booklet, you will see the notes with blanks for the information you need to fill in. Tracking successfully in this task means that you will use the information in the notes to determine where the professor is in the lecture.通过题目信息准确定位，甚至提前预测录音中可能出现的信息

　　三、【how】怎样做到Tracking呢？

　　As you listen, you should focus on the question you’re trying to answer AND you should keep your eye on the next question as well. 尽量提前往下看一道题，这样的话，如果你miss了一道题，可以迅速反应过来，不至于一连错过好几道十分惨重If you miss an answer to a question, you’ll know because the professor will be discussing something related to the next question, not the one you’re on. In this case, it is very likely that you missed an answer. While that can be frustrating, it is much worse to get completely lost as the speaker is talking. 听得一头雾水的时候一定不要卡在一道题上纠结不放！You will have to make a guess about the question you missed in this case. It is more important to continue tracking the speaker and the current question so you don’t get completely lost.

　　还要一个重要的tracking技巧就是定位关键词！在听到定位词后，答案一般都会在其后出现。如果听到定位词后，发现听到的东西很混乱，比如常出现的讲者（尤其是在重点信息给出前）常常会大脑短路，思维停顿，表现出来就是结结巴巴，然后再给出一个信息，此信息一定很重要；或者听到突如其来的转折but，however，unfortunately…，之前对话或者独白中的信息被否定；此时一定要稳住，切记把握“关键字+答案”。
