PTE例题;机经中的“推理”能力，你能get得到了吗

　　先看题：

　　选项：silos、drive、level、implement、processes、centralized、paragon、details.

　　这是一道填空题（FIB），8选5。文章比较长，分为4段，第三段没有题，但起过渡作用。

　　做FIB，分析词性非常重要。我们先看选项。silos，地下贮藏库，筒仓；paragon，模范、典型，完美的人。

　　这两个词都是超纲词，不常考，词性是名词。level、implement、processes、drive，既可以作名词，也可以作动词。

　　可以作形容词的，只有两个，centralized和level。

　　第一个空，先看到and，并列结构，所选的词要和strategy词性相同，而且有可能词义相近。

　　这里有个单词很重要，assessing，评定。既然是评定，就得有个标准。所以，选paragon。如果不知道paragon的意思，可以用排除法。

　　第二个空，corporate and business-unit，都是形容词，所以选名词。这段话是说，有类人在公司中起着至关重要的作用。

　　at both……，是状语前置。起作用，起到什么样的作用——提高公司的水准。所以选level（做题需要推理）。

　　第三个空，function，名词前面，要么是动词，要么是形容词，但是已经有了enables，所以选形容词。

　　形容词，只有两个，level已经选过了，那只能选centralized。第三段中，提到centralized team，在逻辑上，刚刚好。

　　第四个空，hiding，很重要，hide，是隐藏，埋没的意思。problem of，所选的词，要跟hide说的通，所以选silos（克服人才被埋没的问题）。

　　第五个空，简单一些，选动词，而且接solutions，所以选implement。implement作动词，实施执行，既然有好方法，那就得实施。

　　到这，题目就做完了。5个空，前两个比较难，因为需要推理。后3个简单些，甚至可以找到答案。

　　做FIB，切勿“钻牛角尖”，甚至都不需要浏览文章，直接去找。词性分析是第一步，逻辑推理是第二步！
